Description Our client, a World Class designer and manufacturer of custom Engineered Industrial Process equipment is adding the talents of a Purchasing Manager to their organization. As a contributing member of the Management team, the Purchasing Manager will be responsible for the direction and leadership of the small Procurement group. Our ideal candidate offers strong experiences leading the strategic sourcing of highly engineered castings, forgings and mechanical sub-assemblies to manufacture products with deep BOM. You'll have leveraged your Post Secondary education and preferably CPM/APICS designation into a career spanning 10 plus years of Procurement Management. You must display yourself as an collaborative Manager who can identify "outside of the box" solutions, reduce costs and streamline processes.
