Description

This proudly Canadian designer-manufacturer of heavy off-road mobile equipment sells its product world-wide. To continue to provide top drawer support to dealers and end-users, it will add the talents of a skilled and experienced Technical Publications Manager. Leading a team of Technical Writers and Document Controllers developing and publishing Operating, Parts and Service manuals the Manager ensures that they provide clarity and accuracy in multiple languages. The Manager role will work in close liaison with the company's Engineering and Product Management Teams to formalize information and messages conveyed in the manuals. Our ideal candidate brings talents and experiences in Technical Writing and digital publications from the industrial equipment market that have led to Supervisory or Managerial status. Expertise in MS Office software and Adobe, Publisher, Corel Draw, AutoCAD and Catbase will be expected. While the company utilizes an external translation service, any French or Spanish language skills will be valuable assets.
