Description We're searching for a Manufacturing Process Engineer who has 2-3 years of experiences in CNC machining and mechanical assembly of auto parts. The opportunity we can offer is to join an established, busy manufacturer to concentrate on shop floor problem solving, troubleshooting bottlenecks, repetitive breakdowns or Quality performance issues. You'll work closely with Maintenance and Tool/Fixture Design to improve throughput and reduce costs. Our ideal candidate already has experience with normal 'tools' of the auto industry - Process FMEA's, Poke Yoke, 8D, SPC - and has practical abilities with AutoCAD and CNC, PLC program edits. Any exposure to, or strong interest in, modern Japanese Management philosophies and techniques will be particularly attractive to our client.
