Description For 35 years, our client has been protecting capital equipment in Manufacturing, Process, Oil & Gas and Pulp & Paper industrial and Municipal & Data Center applications. Constantly developing new products and evolving existing products, our client now has the most state of the art products on the market. To strategize and support dramatic Sales growth opportunities, it will hire an experienced Business Development & Marketing Specialist/Manager. Working closely with the President, you will straddle the gap between Product Engineering and the Sales Force, developing Product & Brand identity, gathering & categorizing competitor analysis, Mapping out and prioritizing thousands of Leads generated from webinars, seminars & white paper presentations, surveying Customers & the market to predict Product Lifecycles and to develop mid-range and long-range Product Development initiatives. This is a small, agile company thus requiring the talents of a flexible, versatile individual with well-developed Product Manager-type experiences gained and honed in the Electrical Switchgear, Transformer, MCC, Motor or Generator industries. Superb analytical abilities must be augmented by great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills as this role will be Customer facing and require attendance at North American trade shows. Regular travel to the USA and infrequent travel to Central & South America is required.
